As founder and management consultant at TON Business Performance Consultants W.L.L., he has been providing advisory and interim CFO management services to organizations across various industrial sectors in the GCC, Europe and USA since 2013. His expertise encompasses finance, corporate finance, financial management, accounting and controlling, strategy development and execution, financial recovery, as well as coaching, training, and capability development.

Tommy holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA), and has pursued additional professional development in Digital Business from MIT Sloan Executive and International Financial Reporting from ACCA (DipIFR), which reflects his qualifications and dedication to professional excellence.
