Scott is a seasoned and strategic leader with an operations focus and a broad range of business experience. Having owned, built and sold several related businesses provided the opportunity to navigate the various stages from family business to professionally managed and from small business to mid-market. He has also worked as a director at a large publicly-traded corporation. His specific industry experience began with transportation logistics, trucking, construction, building materials/cabinetry and franchising.

Over 39 years, these experiences have provided both triumphs and failures because building enduring businesses is hard work. His philosophy is that:
