Pam’s expertise is in B2B sales, marketing and operations with vast expertise in successfully growing organizations and advising and coaching for growth. She grew one company from $21 million to $120 million in 2.5 years and has helped position 3 companies for sale or significant additional funding. She’s broken the glass ceiling multiple times and has led those organizations to achieve extraordinary results. Pam loves leading sales and marketing teams, coaching and working with successful executives to further develop their leadership skills and assist them in realizing their vision for the future! Pam holds a Bachelors’ Degree from Roanoke College, where she is on the Board of Trustees, and she earned an MBA from the College of William and Mary. She was a Director of the Minnesota Golf Association, the first (and only) female President of Edina Country Club, and has been a Marshall at 6 major golf tournaments, including 2 Ryder Cups. Pam is into DIY projects, golf, spectator sports, cooking, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.
