John Stockman

John comes from a manufacturing/ownership family. He has had senior leadership roles in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing & healthcare. John has spent his career helping organizations improve from the plant floor to the C-Suite. John started his career as the Director of Engineering for a Tier 1 automotive company and advanced to senior roles, such as General Manager for Tyco. He became a Lean Practitioner and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt along his journey.

John has led numerous start-ups, turnarounds, integrations, and due diligence investigations for private equity and industry. His ability to see operational opportunities and tie the data to expected outcomes has helped organizations make quantifiable improvements in their decisions. Using collaboration and technical experience, John has led multiple new products and process developments, providing added value for all stakeholders. John specializes in strategic improvement and team member development. He creates a line of sight from the strategic plans to the plant floor, aligning individual departments as teams. He trains teams using Kaizen and Kata thinking to become future leaders that can solve business problems.

John lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Alejandra, who is also a business owner, and often travels with John. They work with organizations helping underprivileged communities. John speaks some Spanish and is still learning. He also is learning to play the piano.
