Fred Timberlake
Fred brings over 35 years of financial and operational leadership across diverse industries, including Fortune 500 companies, privately owned businesses, and nonprofit organizations. He has held key roles such as CFO, CEO, divisional controller, vice president, and executive director.
Fred earned an Executive Fellows MBA from Rockhurst University, one of the nation's top MBA programs. He led a corporate community service initiative for Missouri's largest Head Start program, where he identified key needs, developed a strategic plan, and implemented successful solutions, earning an Outstanding Service Award for his leadership.
A Kansas City native, Fred and his wife Carla have been married for over 40 years and are active in their church and community. Fred is also an Eagle Scout, having held various leadership roles in Scouting, and served on a school board for nearly a decade. He is passionate about outdoor activities, home improvement, and spending time with their three adult children and nine grandchildren.
