Anthony Laria

Anthony is an experienced COO and has spent nearly his entire 20+ year career helping business services firms and portfolio companies with complex operational projects needed to transform, scale and grow profitably. He started his career with PwC and served in progressive leadership roles as a Management Consultant, Chief of Staff and ultimately Divisional COO before serving as COO for a Private Equity-backed Consultancy. Today, his focus is on helping management teams deal with an increasingly complex operating environment by designing and executing operational programs that unlock shareholder value, optimize operations to enable profitable growth and enhance the employee experience.

Anthony brings a unique blend of strategy and operational experience to bear for his clients. He's designed and led strategic planning exercises and also developed inorganic and organic growth strategies to help companies rapidly transform and scale. He also has extensive experience leading acquisition integrations, digital transformations, shared services redesigns, and P&L optimization programs that have improved cash flows, expanded margins, enhanced investment capacity and driven rapid, profitable growth. Understanding the pressure of P&L ownership, Anthony is passionate about partnering with his clients to drive sustainable operational excellence and create a culture of continuous improvement within their organization.

Anthony lives in Miami with his wife, Marisol, and their two daughters and is a proud #girldad. You can find him on the weekends coaching or cheering on his girls in their travel sports. He also has a passion for supporting our active-duty military, veterans and their families given the countless sacrifices they make for our country.
