Stephanie Rinaldi

I am an accomplished executive whose background includes marketing, product development, sales, supply chain operations, sustainability strategy and project management. I spent over 30 years in the Beauty Industry, having worked at L’Oréal USA for 22 years, marketing some of the world’s most iconic brands. I began my career at the Colgate-Palmolive Corporation. Today, I work as an independent consultant, working with small to mid-size CPG and beauty businesses as well as beauty start-ups. I am also a Realtor with Resources Real Estate. I enjoy helping first time homebuyers find their forever homes.

 

I have extensive experience in overseeing and leading the marketing vision, strategy, and execution of an organization, skillfully leveraging data and insights to ensure both consumer and customer needs are at the forefront of innovation and activation to drive revenue, profit, and market share. I am a leader with a competitive fighting spirit known for my attention to detail, being numbers oriented, dedicated, collaborative, compassionate, and hands-on in all aspects of any business transaction. I work to ensure that those around me and part of the business team are inspired to perform at their best, feel heard and want to contribute to the project at hand. I received my MBA in Marketing from Fordham University Gabelli Graduate School of Business and my BA in Economics and French from Wellesley College. I continued to sharpen my skills with ongoing enrichment courses, including: The Fundamentals of Global Sports Management (NYU in partnership with Yellowbrick) and The Principles of Management: Designing a Sustainable Business Plan (Fordham University). I am a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional. I received my NJ Real Estate License in February 2022.

 

I am an active volunteer and prior Board member of the Surfrider Foundation, Jersey Shore Chapter. The Surfrider Foundation is a global environmental organization dedicated to protecting the world’s oceans, waves and beaches.

 

I live in New Jersey with my partner Andy and my parrot Bogart. When not in New Jersey, Andy and I enjoy spending quiet time in the Florida Keys.
