John Moscicki

John has over 35 years of business experience in senior executive roles and as a consultant to senior management. As a managing executive, John has served as a Senior Vice President of Product Development and Marketing in Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Senior Vice President in Right Management Consultants, President & CEO of Columbia Ultimate Business Systems, Chief Marketing Officer of OnScreen Technologies, and as Executive Director of the Center for Business & Industry.

As a consultant he was worked with “C” level management in a broad range of organizations from Fortune 100 corporations, government agencies in the US, Canada and the UK, public and closely held mid-size companies, and several early-stage businesses and their supporting investment groups. In both types of roles John has led and/or assisted turnaround situations, M&A integration, redesigning key business processes and workflows, restructured organizations, implemented performance management systems, developed strategic plans, sales plans, and marketing plans. The outcome of these, and other efforts, has included winning national awards for product design, gaining leading national market share in two businesses, penetrating new markets, successful turnarounds in more than ten organizations, and designing business operations, and supporting processes to increase sales and profitability.

The clientele John has worked with as a consultant include transportation & logistics, construction & demolition, utilities, nuclear power, automotive, publishing, medical technology, consumer goods, food & beverage and electronics.
