Personal Interests:

Doug especially enjoys singing in a barbershop quartet and various mixed choirs. Alone he is an average singer, but combine the power of other voices and the result can be magic. Doug can start tired but he leaves wired because everyone contributes something different -- and no one sits on the bench. Same in the business world: Bringing different skills together creates synergy and accelerates results.

Volunteer interests:
Doug serves as Board advisor to the local United Way and volunteers for various causes including church and local school activities.

Doug poses tough questions discreetly and respectfully to drive breakthrough thinking. He led new service development to drive new revenue and helped us see what we should stop doing. He has the personality to pull people together toward a common goal.
