Anoush is a proficient Board Director and CEO with experience across multiple industry verticals. Anoush is a forward-thinking and experienced financial executive who has vast experience directing corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), growth, and restructuring activities at both large and smaller businesses. Anoush has been serving in CXO roles for over 15 years, during which time she has led complete P&L operations while also reporting to the CEO and board of directors. She guides day-to-day operations through organic growth and acquisitions, managing to accomplish both short-term and longer-term corporate strategy objectives to satisfy cash and financing requirements. She has launched new enterprises, expanded existing ones, and restructured existing ones in order to adapt to shifting market dynamics and evolving client requirements.
